Aren't I so beautiful! My mom and dad think I am the prettiest Dachshund-no dog, in the whole world. I would have to agree. This was my photo shot for the St. Louis Tails magazine contest. Unfortunately I ate through the computer cord and we missed the deadline.

As you can tell I love taking naps, especially after a hard day of playing. I am not potty-trained yet and still make messes all over the house. I am learning to get down when told and how to sit. Most of all, I just love being an adorable puppy!

My red sweater

Mommy and Daddy were so worried about me getting sick when we had no heat in our house, that they bought me a red sweater. Don't I look cute? I didn't like it at first, but it kept me warm. After we came home from Carbondale, IL, I got to take it off and run around with just my puppy coat.

Coming Home

I came home December 31st, 2007. I didn't like the car ride because I get motion sickness and threw up four times before we got home.

We didn't have any heat in the house, so I got to sleep that night with mommy and daddy in their bed. And they wonder why I'm spoiled.

The next day we went to stay with some friends in Carbondale, IL, until the heat was working. I was scared at first of all the noise and the three children, but after a while I liked all the attention.
